About

Alaa graduated as an English teacher in Syria on 2004 then, studied Translation. He moved to Dubai on 2005 and worked in the Translation field. Afterward, he moved to head the operations in an electronics trading FZ Company. As Alaa always wanted to be involved in the Trade, Logistics, & Transport field; on 2007 he joined Dubai Trade (Trade & Logistics online portal of Dubai) as a Customer care representative. Afterward, he moved to Training Department. Since then, Alaa has been instrumental in training over 10,000 companies and 12,000 individuals in various e-Services ranging from port & Transport operations to customs cargo clearance.
