About
I am a lawyer specialising in all aspects of antitrust and FDI law and Head the Antitrust Division at ADNOC. I have experience in dealing with regulators around the world in relation to areas such as merger control and the application of antitrust and foreign direct investment law to a wide range of commercial agreements and M&A. Prior to joining ADNOC, I was in private practice at for over 15 years and have also worked at the European Commission and a number of in-house roles.
