Grew up in Monaco, I was lured into the culinary world at an early age. Began my professional journey studying in the school of hospitality of Monte-Carlo, after graduation i took on my first professional kitchen job at the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo with The world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse on 1993. With almost 24 years experience in Europe, America and the Middle East, my culinary journey offers the necessary expertise required to satisfy the tastes of many cultures.
