I have spent over 25 years working at the intersection of technology, business, and transformation, leading large-scale programmes and building consulting organisations across the UK, Middle East, and Europe.Over the past 13+ years at Invenio, I held leadership roles across delivery, sales, and business growth. During this time, I worked closely with clients and teams globally to deliver complex SAP transformation programmes and scale consulting and delivery operations.A major part of my journey has been in the public sector, especially in SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM). I helped build this market globally by supporting tax authorities in modernising their digital platforms, while growing a specialist consulting practice from a small team to a large global capability.Throughout my career, I have prioritised building strong and lasting partnerships with SAP, consulting firms, niche technology providers, system integrators, and most importantly, with people across teams and organisations.I have always enjoyed working in complex environments — bringing teams together, building trusted relationships, and seeing programmes through from strategy to execution, including navigating challenging situations and turning around critical programmes.What matters most to me is partnership, ownership, and delivering outcomes that make a real impact.
