With experience across global real estate markets spanning over 2 decades, the time to apply those leanings on a technology platform that uses AI was a very exciting proposition. This led to our team founding Exprovise Technology in the Dubai International Financial Centre ( DIFC ) There has been no turning back since then, our applications have already resulted in RoEs in excess of 983 % which led us to believe a lot more diverse possibilities using our own proprietary algorithms.
