I build and scale multi-sided platforms. Twelve years doing it across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, in marketplaces, fintech, real estate, and mobility. At Zed Mobility I lead product for the consumer, driver, and marketplace systems behind one of the region's fastest-growing mobility platforms. I built the product organisation from scratch — replacing an external consultancy with an in-house Dubai team — and own growth, monetisation, and platform performance end-to-end. I run AI-native product teams.
