About

With a strong passion for quantitative analysis, coupled with extensive academic and corporate experience, Hoda works on designing and implementing data driven strategies across different sectors and for different business applications. After working as data scientist in North America where her functions involved in-depth statistical and ML algorithms to improve business processes and design new services and products, Hoda joined the American University of Beirut as Assistant Professor in Data Science and Big Data Analytics. Her role at AUB varies between conducting in depth research on different scopes in data science, working on improving and perfecting the MSBA program to equip the students with the necessary skillsets for the current market's needs, and teaching data science courses.
