I work with leaders of service sector companies worldwide on value creation from strategy to execution. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer I scaled the European FinTech business of Uber. This included regulated payments and digital wallet services. At Philips, I led digital and AI strategy development across the HealthTech portfolio. I also co-managed the global strategy team. The first decade of my career I spent at McKinsey & Company. In my last role there as Associate Partner, I directed client projects and led business development. I served clients in tech, telecom, and banking on digital and AI transformation, growth strategy, and operational performance improvement.
