Growing up I could strike up random conversations with anybody and everybody, however at that point I didn’t realize that I was a good listener, observer and most importantly a storyteller. These personal traits have greatly influenced my choices of education and subsequently my work life. After getting an MBA degree in marketing my first job as a product manager would set me up for an exciting career which was to unfold in the next 25 years in telco, media, and Technology verticals. Since my passion was always to understand customer behavior and how it changes with different triggers, most of my experiences came in the areas of data management, data analytics, product marketing, customer insights & customer value management. In the last decade I have oscillated between a business
