About

Most telecom products are built for the enterprise. I build for the businesses nobody talks about, the ones with 5 employees, one IT guy, and a dream that's bigger than their budget. I'm a product leader at du, one of the UAE's two major telcos, where I lead SME propositions. My job is to translate complex telecom and ICT infrastructure into products that actually make sense for small and growing businesses. That means sitting at the intersection of product strategy, commercial design, and the UAE government's vision for a thriving SMB economy. What I actually do:- Define product strategy for a segment that's underserved, under-resourced, and massively important to the UAE's economic future.- Lead cross-functional teams across product, commercial, and tech to bring ICT solutions to market
