My experience has been very wide-ranging involving the analysis of investment and development projects, market research and property valuations. This has comprised building financial models for various real estate projects including mixed use developments of residential, commercial and retail. Other assignments have included feasibility studies and corporate acquisitions for local and international occupiers, many of whom are Fortune 700 companies, including banks, investors, developers, government organisations and ministries.
