With over 25 years of international leadership and P&L management experience in logistics across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, I have built a career defined by strategic growth, operational excellence, and transformative leadership.I began in operations at Stute Verkehrs GmbH (part of the Kuehne & Nagel Group) in Hamburg, before moving into a commercial role at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, where I managed trade development between Germany and the Indian Subcontinent.In 2003, my career took me to the APAC regional HQ in Hong Kong, where I established and led a Business Development team focused on driving commercial growth between Greater China and Germany, later expanding into the Australian market. My six years in Hong Kong paved the way for my next role as Regional Seafreigh
