About

Pascal Armoudom has always been fascinated by customer behaviour. “I started my career as a brand manager with Procter & Gamble,” he says. “And ever since then, I have been curious about what people do, what their routines are, and what drives decisions and preferences. There is always something new to learn.” After taking up an opportunity to start a new business, Pascal decided to take the skills he gained back into the corporate world, and joined Kearney as a strategy consultant in 2000. “I like to take on new opportunities and ideas, and drive them as if it was my own business,” he continues. “It means I get to combine analytical and strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset.”During his first 18 years with Kearney, Pascal worked with clients in the tourism, luxury and cons
