About

Saeed Al Dhaheri joined TAQA in 2014 and was appointed acting chief operating officer in June 2016. Al Dhaheri was previously executive vice-president business support with the responsibility for TAQA’s human resources, health and safety, information technology, procurement and general services functions. During this time, he led the company’s global restructuring project that contributed to significant savings and nearly doubled the number of UAE nationals in HQ-based roles. Prior to joining TAQA, Al Dhaheri held leadership positions at Abu Dhabi Media Company, Etihad Rail and Abu Dhabi Health Services Company (SEHA) and he previously served on the United Printing & Publishing Board of Directors.
